Tomb Raider Mobile in full 3D

Eidos Mobile announced it will release Lara Croft in “Tomb Raider: Legend” on mobile phones this December. The game will be close to a full port of the 2006 console version, meaning a lot of attention for cut-scenes and movement. For UK gamers, the game will only be available on Orange, but the rest of the world shouldn’t face any embargo’s on the game. Please read the full press release below.

Lunagames launches the SuperQ service

Lunagames has launched their SuperQ service. Their service allows any company to quickly create mobile quiz applications which are fully customizable. Next to the quick creation of these Quiz applications, they can also provide delivery of the game to allow a quick time to market.

Nokia Forum Pro Award, the winners are

Nokia’s Forum Pro winners have been announced in Amsterdam today. The winner of the best mobile game this year is TelcoGames. They have won with their “The Silhouette game“. Congratulations guys!
Disney turns to casual

If there is one company that is expected to be very aware of it’s consumers, it’s probably Disney. Today they have released their 3-in-1 puzzle pack. The pack contains three of the most common mobile games we have seen pass by the last few years; Solitaire, Sudoku and Mahjongg. With this title, Disney offers a high value puzzle game as most of these games are normally sold separately.

From Mobile to PC, Cheeky does it

We have reported before about Cheeky‘s exploration of Microsoft’s XNA platform. Finally, Mark had the time to roll out a full commercial service with it. Cheeky now offers rapid porting of any J2me game to C# for use on Windows and X-Box Live Arcade.
