Advergaming Service Swoopin Launches

October 16th, 2008 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Ad Funded Gaming | 3 Comments »

It seems the mobile advergaming is booming. Is it the credit crush that lures mobile gamers into watching adverts instead of paying full price? Nevertheless another player entered the market today called Swoopin.

Just like with Greystripe, Swoopin.org will wrap the free mobile games which saves developers a lot of time when publishing their mobile games to the new network. The Swoopin portal has already launched and is stuffed with 850 games and expects to add new mobile games every week.

Looks like it’s actually the greystripe catalogue of games.. making it a whitelabel partner of greystripe

    2. Can anyone verify this? I saw my games on their catalogue too.

Yep! Seems like they have just taken the Greystripe catalog and thrown it up on a site and called it there own. There are a lot of better sites out there that give you all these free games and a lot more.
      For example these two:
      http://www.thumbthug.com
      http://www.zedge.com
