Since Apple started to allow apps on the iPhone, the company has been asking users to rate them upon deletion. This functionality will however be removed in iPhone OS 4.0.
The removal of the functionality will be celebrated by a lot of App Store developers and publishers are ratings will be expected to go up as deleting an app is most often a sign of dissatisfaction with it.
Congratulations
