The Dutch government party SP demands direct action against mobile content portals that offer misleading advertisements and direct those directly at children.
The complaint organisation for misleading telecom advertisements already received 520 complaints in the past four months against several mobile content portals. Initially the sector had until January first to provide a solution to the many complaints, however because of the many complaints, the government party doesn’t want to wait anymore.
