Just like Steve Jobs, Steve Ballmer apparently dislikes naked women. As so, the new guidelines on Windows Marketplace disallow development of apps with any nudity in them.
Next to nudity, Microsoft will also not allow apps containing extreme language and violence. Microsoft has hired 400 reviewers to test all the incoming apps.
