Fast Company: Tablets Kill eReaders

Following the demise of the netbook, the tablet seems to be wiping out the eReader market as well. Though tablets are a true horror to the retina when reading books, the benefit of being able to read in colour and read on a device purchased for all sorts of entertainment seems to go above purchasing a dedicated reading gadget.

Android Market now Supports 4GB Apps

Google has made a major change to the filesize restrictions on Android Market. From now on, Google will allow apps that are 4GB in size. That’s four times the amount of space Google provides on the standard Nexus One.

MWC: Google Activates 850.000 Androids a Day

Gameloft Live! Pushed on Android Market

Some time ago, Gameloft launched their Gameloft LIVE! service for the Android gamers that roamed Gameloft’s own deck of Android apps. Now, Gameloft seems ready for the big numbers as Gameloft LIVE! went online on Android Market.

Gartner: iPad to Dominate till 2016

ComScore: US Smartphone Userbase Increased With 60%
