Apple Scouts for Game Developers

November 16th, 2009 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: iOS | No Comments »

Apple Ever wanted to work for Apple? If you are a AAA-grade developer, you might have a shot at it. The company is looking to get one (or multiple) developers into their Santa Clara Valley offices.

Apple is looking for an all-round developer that even has project management experience. Within the team, the developer shall “help design and implement interactive multimedia experiences on the iPhone and iPod Touch”.

This job post follows on the hire of former Microsoft Xbox vet Richard Teversham and might be the first sign of Apple releasing its own games on their iPhone platform. The company already launched various applications and since they own the channel, it makes sense to be on top of one of the more interesting categories in the store.
