Newave Enterprise and Kolkom International have announced the release
of Sand Storm Revelations: The Official Mobile Games, made after the
compelling African comic series.
In the game, you play princess Anumari of Egypt and you get to discover secrets that haven’t even been exposed in the comic series yet. Though not much is known about the gameplay yet, the game has been announced to be supporting multiplaye gaming over a bluetooth connection. A multiplayer session allows you to unlock new characters together with your friends.
I’ve been reading that this is the first all black casted mobile action game. So literally it is in a league all by itself. I hope that the gameplay and the graphics lives up to the hype. If it does, then maybe there will be more like it!
I read the comic book and it is pretty good. So when I heard they were making a game for it I thought “its about time!”. We need to see more stuff like this. I did a little research and I found out that this is slated for film as well. Like the first commentor, I hope it lives up to its potential and shows the gaming industry that characters of color can be just as popular as the ones that are not and more prominent! Bravo!!!!!!
