Verizon to launch Second Droid

Following the successful launch of the Morotola Droid by Verizon Wireless, the US operator will now use the HTC Incredible as the new handset they will sell under the Droid label.

The new Droid Incredible will go on sale on April 29th and contain Android 2.1. Google described the new droid as ‘a cousin of the Nexus One that is similarly feature-packed’. US customers can already pre-order the device.
