Today another big acquisition was announced as Buongiorno swallows iTouch and once more extends their portfolio of sales channels and clients.
With the acquisition, Biongiorno ads a number of mobile content related companies that where owned by iTouch under it’s wings. Amongst the companies are the Mobivilage project that is used primarily by the Orange operator group, but also companies like Akumiitti, Movilisto, mFun, SMS.ar, Telitas and Ostrick Media.
In the deal, Buongiorno will take over the $ 16 million dept and pay $ 175 to the shareholders, partly in cash ($ 100 million). Though iTouch had been listed on LSE, it has been a privately owned company since it’s de-listing in 2005.
anyone know the deal metrics?
