Adobe Announces Creative Cloud

Adobe has launched their new Creative Cloud service. Not only does Adobe allow you to get your newest software from the Creative Cloud, it also allows you to rent your software. Reducing replacement costs and allowing you to upsize the number of licenses in case of temporary peaks in your workload.

Flash Player 10.2 Hops Onto Android Market

The app leaked before, but yesterday the release of Flash Player 10.2 on Android became official as Adobe put the app on Google’s Android market.

Adobe Prepares Flash for HTML5

Adobe released a new AIR app codenamed Wallaby that should be able to convert Flash code into HTML5. This move is a signal that Adobe understands the dominance of mobile Safari in the market and signals in the strategy for Flash moving forward.

MWC: Flash 10.2 Set to Launch on Smartphones and Tablets

10 Million Mobile Devices Support Flash

According to Adobe, over 10 million mobile devices are supporting Flash. Android gave Adobe a huge push as the company registered 2 million Android downloads since 10.1 was released in June of this year.

iSwifter, the OnLive for Flash Gaming on iOS

iSwifter, a new service from incubator YouWeb, is streaming Flash games onto iOS platforms. Though no longer needed, they still feel to address the concerns Steve Jobs raised about Flash on iOS.
