Hot news from CTIA today as Seattle based mobile gaming companies Reaxxion and Mobliss merge. The two will continue as PressOK Entertainment.
The merger is stock based between investor I-Hatch (Reaxxion) and Index (Mobliss). Index has a strong footprint in mobile entertainment which will boost the capabilities of the new company.
PressOK Entertainment will be headed by Colin Prior, the current CEO of Reaxxion. Though the Mobliss brand will be deprecated, Reaxxion will still stay in the market next to PressOK. Reaxxion will develop its brand more into a supporting organization for mobile game developers. It will market it’s porting technology.
