Engadget has photos of what seems to be the iPhone HD or iPhone 4G (whatever it will be called in the future). Research shows the found iPhone might be an official prototype.
The new iPhone looks a bit thicker, yet it was found in a iPhone 3G case. The person who found it discovered a front-side camera and 80GB of storage though on the back, the storage size is marked with XXGB.
For those considering if this is just a Chinese fake, we also have a bit of news. There is an FCC ID on one of the photo’s which we checked at the FCC photo. The ID belongs to Apple. The Chinese normally don’t put this much attention to detail which makes us believe there is a 80% chance this thing is real.
