Mogees Acquires Berrystore

Mobile billing provider Mogees has announced the acquisition of Berrystore. Berrystore is an App Store like sales channel that is aimed at the BlackBerry platform. Unlike RIM?s official BlackBerry World shop, Berrystore offers more variation in pricing levels.

Through this acquisition, Mogees is moving into the platform market, which is a logical extension to their billing systems. As so, it is to be expected that Mogees will be moving beyond the Blackberry by more acquisitions or investments in extending current technologies.
