Metismo has announced to start supporting exports of games to the web through a mix of HTML5 and Flash. With many mobile developers using Bedrock, it means they can quickly add yet another platform to their portfolios.

Since March 2009, GameSpy has been offering multiplayer services on the iPhone. Though GameSpy is huge on PC and Console platforms, it didn’t enjoy the same popularity platforms like Crystal and Plus+ did.

Lima Sky has reached a huge milestone with their Doodle Jump game. The game attracted 3 Million sales to date. Looking at the $0.99 price tag, that is $2,970,000.00 in revenues.
Google Announces Android NDK 3.0

Google has announced the third installment of the Android Native Development Kit (NDK). With this version, developers will be allowed to make use of OpenGL ES 2.0 for the rendering of 3D content.
GDC: Freeverse CFO Jumps to Appular

Not long after the acquisition by ngmoco, Freeverse CFO Dino Decespedes has announced that he is leaving the developer to join a new app publisher called Appular as the director of publishing.
