Untill recently, Scoreloop was the only social gaming service that allowed developers to earn money based on in-game challenges. With the introduction of Yoo-Mee, this is no longer an unique selling point.
While both platforms work with a virtual currency, the cross platform strategy of both is different. Scoreloop is aimed at multiple mobile platforms (like iPhone and Android) while Yoo-Mee has a stronger focus at social networks like Facebook.
