Zynga Acquires Dextrose

Zynga has made a new acquisition. This time, the company acquired Dextrose, an online gaming company based in Frankfurt, Germany. It is the first acquisition in Europe.

The studio will be renamed to Zynga Germany. Paul Bakaus & Rocco Di Leo who founded the studios will become CTO and Country Manager for Germany. The studio is expected to be bought for its experise in HTML5.
