Swedish TV vendor People of Lava has shown a new TV that is running on Android 1.5. According to the company, they are the first to release a TV based on the operating sytem.

Android seems to be growing in popularity amongst app developers. Though only 5.532 apps where launched in the first month of this year, 9.346 where launched in the second.

ShiVa 3D Gains iPad Support

Stonetrip has announced that ShiVa 3D, it’s 3D gaming and application development environment, will now support Apple’s iPad. The platform already supported the iPhone as well as Android and PC’s.
