A group of entrepreneurs from France, the United States and of course the Ukraine itself have cooperated to launch a new contest aimed purely at Ukrainian iPhone developers.

A Dutch amateur programmer has ported ID’s Quake 3 to Google’s Android platform. The developer said it took him hardly any time to convert the code, but optimizing it took ‘many days’.

EA Mobile seems set for expansion yet again as EA is acquiring Iron Monkey Studios. The amount has not been disclosed, but the company has been developing EA’s key franchises for some time.
