adMob has been very successful on platforms like the iPhone, but Palm’s WebOS was still uncovered by the company. To support developers, the company released an open source SDK for ad invocation.
AppventCalendar.com Successful After All

Last week we reported about AppventCalendar.com, a website that promotes one free iPhone game every day, until Christmas. Though the second day disappointed consumers and questioned the future of the project, it seems to have become successful after all.
Palm Closed App Catalog to Imported Pre’s

Palm has decided to disallow imported Pre’s access to the App Catalog. This software block comes with the 1.3.1 OS update that has been dispatched by Palm toward all Pre owners.
Ovi Opens to Dutch Consumers

Dutch Consumer Authorities Complaint about Apple

Last weekend, Apple got slashed on Dutch TV for ignoring warrantee obligations as defined according to Dutch law. Consumer Authorities are now joining forces to try and convince Apple to operate in-line with the law.
