KongZhong Corporation announced that it is to acquire the entire issued share capital of Simlife International, Inc. Upon the closing of the acquisition, Simlife would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of KongZhong.

Nokia's N-Gage has launched it's portfolio on Nokia's Ovi portal. As of now, consumers will be offered trial versions of all the N-Gage games, which can be unlocked through in-game payments.
