Following massive complaints, Nokia has decided that Java Verified is no longer obligated for mobile games published on Nokia’s Ovi store (which launched last week).

Though Ubunto is one of the most well known Linux distributions out there, Canonical (the commercial party behind Ubunto) has announced that the Linux distribution will be upgraded to support Google’s Android apps.
