Apple Opens App Store for iPad

Starting last Friday, developers can start uploading their iPad apps to the app store. With a bit of luck, approval will be fast enough to have the apps available at the launch of the device.

Samsung to Launch Real 3D Phone

According to rumors, Samsung will be announcing the world’s first mobile phone with a real 3D display this month. The device will of course only launch in South Korea for now.
PSP to Support Apps

Sony is set to expand the possibilities of their PSP handheld beyond games. The company already offered GPS applications, language training software and an interactive comic from Metal Gear.
Google Blocks Apps on HTC Legend

The HTC Legend has just gone on sale in The Netherlands. Several early buyers discovered that various applications can’t be found in Android Market while they are available on other devices.
